Reporting a tool problem

Include your browser and device, the settings you entered, any error message, and what you expected to happen. Start with the troubleshooting guide for common problems.

Please do not send identity documents, signatures, private photos or application passwords. A description of the issue is usually enough to start investigating.

Privacy questions

For questions about information you have sent by email, use the same address and describe your request. The image tools do not upload your selected images, so we cannot retrieve an image you edited here. Read the privacy policy for more details.

Application requirements

PhotoReadyKit cannot confirm whether an application portal will accept a file. Contact that portal for its official requirements. This is a small independent tool, so immediate replies are not guaranteed.
